1. Digital Products Policy

All products sold through Negus.Leo Publishing, LLC are digital downloads or digital-access products.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed. Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or physically “given back.”

When you purchase a digital product, you receive immediate access. For that reason, refunds are generally not provided.

2. Exceptions (Limited Circumstances)

We may consider refund requests in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase of the same product
  • Accidental double billing
  • Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved
  • Corrupted file delivery

3. Subscription Products (If Applicable)

If you purchase a recurring subscription (newsletter tier, membership, digital library access, etc.):

  • You may cancel at any time.
  • Cancellation prevents future billing.
  • Payments already processed are non-refundable.
  • Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We are happy to review and resolve legitimate concerns.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of access to our digital products.
